Kriisa Oreliehitus (Kriisa Organ Building) is based in Estonia and has been operating since 1886, when the Kriisa brothers built the first bigger instrument for Misso School. In 1976 it laid foundation for the Rakvere organ workshop of the National Restoration Board. In 1991, in the course of privatisation, it became the private limited company OÜ Kriisa Oreliehitus. The Kriisas have been building organs for more than 130 years. Hardo Kriisa is a third-generation organ builder.

We restore, maintain and tune organs all over Estonia. If necessary, we also build new organs. We are the only organ workshop in Estonia where we make all the necessary details on the spot (lead tubes, wood, metal and reed stops, electric actions with modern memory devices). We repair reed organs as well. We also work outside Estonia.

We put our heart, long-term knowledge and skills in the work.

From 1998, Hardo Kriisa is an active member of the International Society of Organbuilders  (ISO).
